Bluegill Bait Hot Sauce

In 2018 after moving to a small hobby farm and planting far too many pepper plants, an opportunity was born from an abundant harvest. With peppers to spare, we set about creating the perfect Minnesota hot sauce. After a multitude of attempts the perfect recipe was created. That recipe, which we call Bluegill Bait, is the flagship product of our company, Freshwater Sauces. It is a balance of mild “Midwestern” heat and bright fresh flavors that is meant to capture the fun and enjoyment of the lake life we love.
