Umut and Cosku, the family's sons, attended their university education in Minnesota and have been in the U.S. for over 12 years. The family has olive groves in Turkey and wanted to bring a part of their heritage to their new home. Oleavia EVOOs are meticulously processed. Their goal is to offer superior quality each year. The olives are hand-picked at an early harvest date, cold-pressed within a few hours, and stored under a layer of nitrogen to minimize oxidation.
