Trail Creek Coffee Roasters is a small batch specialty coffee roastery with a passion for community, connection, and global impact being 50% woman-owned and 100% solar-powered. What started as a hobby roasting out of their garage in 2017 transformed into a full-fledged business in 2019 when they moved into their roasting facility in Kasson, MN. They strive to source sustainably-grown coffees, many of which are organic and fair trade. Each coffee is roasted to a level that brings out the optimal flavors and balance in every cup.
